Hi! I’m melissa!
My passion—the reason I get out of my VERY comfortable bed every morning—is to help women learn how to make their organizing business work for them.
After spending 20 years in huge companies, traveling constantly and feeling totally unfulfilled—I realized I had to create something different for myself.
My organizing career was born—and I turned it into a 6-figure business (when I was in my 40’s—it’s never too late to start over!) Home By Eleven will always be my first entrepreneurial love—but I found out my real win was being able to teach other women (and a few men, too!) how to build a successful business for themselves.
Now I teach people on 5 continents how to build and grow the pro organizing businesses that work for their lives, that bring in the income they need (or want) and that serve amazing clients who need your expertise in their home.
It’s the best job in the world. I’d love to help you make it even better.

My organizing business, Minimize then Organize in Lubbock, TX, was the culmination of many roads.
Between growing up with family members who were hoarders, living in an RV full time in my early 20s, accidentally decluttering and organizing a local corporate business, and finding out that I officially live with ADHD, organizing became a calling and a passion.
With a great team in place at MTO taking care of hundreds of clients each year, I turned my entrepreneurial passion to starting two other companies, and now I am excited to be here at Pro Organizer Studio to teach women everything I’ve learned while I grow with you!
When I step away from my projects, my friends usually find me reading personal development books in my spare time, drinking *all* the Sonic drinks, and hanging out with my 2 fur-children, Hennessey & Duke!
