Our Process

After receiving the proposal, review it and make sure it fits what you're looking for. If you have any revisions you'd like to see, now's the time to let me know. All good? Just reply to the email that you're ready to move forward.

Step 1: Agree to Proposal


Step 2: Receive contract within 1 business day

You'll receive a contract via email to electronically sign detailing the deliverables, pricing, and timeline discussed in this proposal.


Step 3: Receive invoice within 1 business day

An invoice will be sent to your email address. You can pay directly from the invoice by bank transfer or credit card through Quickbooks' secure payment system.


You'll receive any questionnaires required for your package, schedule any necessary strategy calls, and I'll begin work promptly.

Step 4: Work begins within 2 business days of payment


Email support is provided for 45 days from time contract is signed. Most email support questions will be answered within 2 business days.

 

Step 5: Ongoing strategy and support up to 45 days from receipt of services
